aw999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligations.
Upon account closure by aw999 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method after the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
A Player may close their own aw999 account at any time by contacting the Support team. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides an additional layer of protection.
